What it costs, how graduates fare
- Tuition2025-26
$59,080–$71,325 full-time · resident to non-resident · plus $2,208 annual fees
Living expenses $25,786 on campus · $37,293 off
Tuition and the fees the school certifies alongside it — not a full cost of attendance.

- Bar passageclass of 2025
89.9%first-time+7.2
82.7% is the average for all ABA-accredited schools’ graduates in the same jurisdictions this school’s graduates sat in · 142 of 158 first-time takers passed
96.2% of the class of 2023 were admitted within two years of graduating
A pass rate on its own says as much about which states a school feeds as about the school, so the ABA’s own like-for-like average is shown with it.

- Employmentclass of 2025
144 of 155 (92.9%) in full-time, long-term jobs requiring bar admission
Ten months after graduation · 1 more in JD-advantage jobs · 7 still seeking · 1 of the bar-admission jobs are funded by the school
The ABA collects employment status and job type only. It collects no salary, so no salary figure comes from this filing.

- First-year attrition2024-25
0.0% of the first-year class · 0 students
No law school publishes a graduation rate, so this is not one. It is the students who left in their first year, academic and other, as filed. Transfers out are reported separately and are not counted here.

- EarningsCollege Scorecard
Not a starting salary.
$93,534 median one year after finishing · $153,307 after four
$107,773 is the national median at four years for the same credential
A College Scorecard median for 2017-18 and 2018-19 completers who received federal aid, measured a fixed number of years after they finished — not what this year’s graduates are being paid, and not a figure the school or the ABA publishes. The ABA collects no salary data at all.

All applicants must register for LSAC's Credential Assembly Service (CAS) and submit transcripts from every college or university attended (study-abroad transcripts from foreign universities are not required). Foreign-educated applicants use LSAC's CAS Authentication & Evaluation Service.

- LSAT or GRERequiredstart by Sep 16, 2026
Notes & source
A valid LSAT or GRE score from the last five years is required and cannot be waived for any circumstance; UCI accepts either but not both, and the GRE is accepted only from applicants who have not taken and do not plan to take the LSAT (GRE school code 4859). If a test was taken more than once, the committee uses the highest score; if a GRE applicant later submits an LSAT score, the application may be reevaluated and a new decision made. Early Decision requires an LSAT score. Last accepted tests for Fall 2027: LSAT October 2026 (ED Round 1), January 2027 (ED Round 2), April 2027 (Regular Decision); GRE no later than April 20, 2027. Regular Decision applicants are advised to sit the LSAT by February 2027 or the GRE by October 2026 to be considered in time for Admitted Student Weekend.
