What it costs, how graduates fare
- Tuition2025-26
$22,590–$33,840 full-time · resident to non-resident · plus $4,942 annual fees
Living expenses $20,107 on campus
Tuition and the fees the school certifies alongside it — not a full cost of attendance.

- Bar passageclass of 2025
95.5%first-time+12.8
82.7% is the average for all ABA-accredited schools’ graduates in the same jurisdictions this school’s graduates sat in · 128 of 134 first-time takers passed
97.1% of the class of 2023 were admitted within two years of graduating
A pass rate on its own says as much about which states a school feeds as about the school, so the ABA’s own like-for-like average is shown with it.

- Employmentclass of 2025
125 of 136 (91.9%) in full-time, long-term jobs requiring bar admission
Ten months after graduation · 1 more in JD-advantage jobs · 4 still seeking · 1 of the bar-admission jobs are funded by the school
The ABA collects employment status and job type only. It collects no salary, so no salary figure comes from this filing.

- First-year attrition2024-25
7.0% of the first-year class · 12 students
No law school publishes a graduation rate, so this is not one. It is the students who left in their first year, academic and other, as filed. Transfers out are reported separately and are not counted here.

- EarningsCollege Scorecard
Not a starting salary.
$72,448 median one year after finishing · $100,716 after four
$107,773 is the national median at four years for the same credential
A College Scorecard median for 2017-18 and 2018-19 completers who received federal aid, measured a fixed number of years after they finished — not what this year’s graduates are being paid, and not a figure the school or the ABA publishes. The ABA collects no salary data at all.

Essays
- Personal statementRequiredstart by Jan 25, 2027
Notes & source
Listed among the items that must reach LSAC before a file is 'complete and ready for review.' No prompt, page limit, word limit, or formatting rule is published on any current admissions page — recorded as the site's silence, not as an absence of requirements. An undated 'Application Checklist' PDF still reachable at depts.ttu.edu/law/admissions/docs/application-checklist.pdf says 'Applicants must prepare a two page, double-spaced personal statement following the prompt given'; that document is orphaned (nothing on the current site links to it) and demonstrably stale (it quotes a $60 application fee, the February 2018 LSAT, and a January 10, 2018 notification date), so its two-page limit is not recorded as current. The current process page's 'Application Checklist' link points off-site to LSAC's generic steps-to-apply page.

- AddendumOptionalstart by Feb 12, 2027
Notes & source
The policy page lists 'Addenda (as required or prompted by the application)' among the items needed for a complete file, and names 'Addenda' among the factors weighed in holistic review — so addenda are conditional on the LSAC application's own prompts rather than universally required. Separately, under Character and Fitness Requirements, 'applicants must fully disclose certain prior academic information and legal offenses that may reflect on character and fitness to practice law,' with a continuing duty to update the Office of Admissions about any change to those disclosures before and after matriculation; failure to disclose can cost an admission offer or lead to expulsion. No length limit or list of accepted addendum topics is published.

- Letter of recommendation (1 of 2)Requiredstart by Jan 18, 2027
Notes & source
'Two letters of recommendation' are among the items required for a complete file, submitted through LSAC. The policy page also lists the two letters among the factors weighed in holistic review. No current page states a maximum number accepted, or who recommenders should be — recorded as silence. (The orphaned, stale application-checklist PDF cited in the personal-statement note says up to three are accepted and discourages family members; not recorded as current.)

- Transcripts via LSAC CASRequiredstart by Jan 25, 2027
Notes & source
'All post-secondary transcripts' must reach LSAC before the file is complete; applicants apply online via LSAC and the file is assembled there. Degree requirement: 'Applicants who will possess a U.S. baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university prior to the start of the first-year orientation in August may apply for admission.' The Credential Assembly Service is named as a required registration step on the application process page and in the 2025-2026 admissions viewbook. No minimum GPA, English-proficiency testing rule, or international-credential policy is published.

- LSAT or GRERequiredstart by Dec 17, 2026
Notes & source
LSAT only. The policy page requires 'Valid LSAT score(s)' for a complete file and states that 'Substantial weight is placed on an applicant's highest Law School Admission Test (LSAT) score and cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA)' — so multiple sittings are considered on a highest-score basis. The application process page's first step is 'Register for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) on the LSAC website.' No current page mentions the GRE or JD-Next, in either direction — recorded as the site's silence, not as an explicit rejection. Consistent with that silence, the school's 2025 ABA Standard 509 report publishes only an LSAT block and reports all 168 first-year enrollees as LSAT admissions enrollees. The site publishes no score-validity window (how far back an LSAT will be accepted) and no latest-testing date tied to either deadline.

Administrative
- Application feeOptionalat submission
Notes & source
No fee is charged. The application process page lists 'Application fee: $0', and the school's 2025 ABA Standard 509 report likewise reports an application fee of 0. The 2025-2026 admissions viewbook (depts.ttu.edu/law/admissions/2025-2026-Admissions-Viewbook.pdf) frames this as cycle-specific — 'Application fee waived for the 2025-2026 cycle!' — so the $0 should be re-verified when the school opens its next cycle. Because nothing is owed, no fee-waiver process is published.
